1. Kilometer & Time Calculation

• For outstation trips, a minimum running of 250 km or 300 km per day will be charged, depending on the vehicle type, regardless of actual usage.
• Kilometers and timings are calculated from our base garage to garage, not point-to-point.
• Any extra kilometers driven or extra hours utilized beyond the booked package will be charged at standard extra rates.

2. Air Conditioning (AC) Policy

• AC will be strictly turned off while driving on hilly terrains or ghat sections to prevent engine overheating and ensure passenger safety.
• AC cannot be kept running while the vehicle is stationary or parked for extended periods.

3. Tolls, Taxes & Parking

All toll taxes, state border entry taxes, and parking charges are extra and must be paid by the customer at actuals during the trip, unless explicitly included in a customized package quote.

4. Driver Allowance (Bhatta)

• A standard daily driver allowance is applicable for all outstation journeys.
• An additional Night Allowance will be charged if the vehicle is driven or the driver is requested to wait between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

5. Payments & Cancellations

• A token advance payment is required to confirm any vehicle booking.
• 50% of the estimated total must be paid before the journey begins, and the remaining balance is due before the final drop-off.
• Advance tokens are non-refundable if the trip is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

6. Cleanliness & Damage Liability

• A cleaning penalty of ₹1000 - ₹2000 will be levied in case of vomiting, excessive dirt, or food/drink spills inside the vehicle.
• Customers are entirely liable to pay for any physical damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by their group.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
